Patrick Hogan, ATTORNEY

With more than a decade of experience advising nonprofits, Patrick has substantial experience helping organizations navigate complex compliance and regulatory matters, including charitable solicitation registration, governance, tax-exempt status, fundraising compliance, and ongoing operational requirements. He is a strategic business partner with a customer-service mindset and a proven ability to collaborate, identify practical solutions, and help clients overcome complex legal and operational challenges in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Patrick is a licensed Ohio and Kentucky attorney and has served nonprofits of all sizes, from creation to dissolution and everything in between.

In his free time, Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, traveling, and serving his community through public service. He currently serves on the Bellevue Planning and Zoning Commission and sits on the board of directors of the Marianne Arts and Education Center and the Early Childhood Learning Education Assessment Resource Network.
