Charli Cleland is an attorney with over a decade of experience specializing in litigation, negotiation, crisis management, and creative dispute resolution. He conducts internal best-practice audits, develops policies, and advises nonprofits through complex conflicts and high-stakes situations, crafting thoughtful settlements and nontraditional agreements when no clear framework exists.

Alongside his legal practice, Charli serves as Legal Director, leading firm operations and systems design. He manages internal workflows, closes operational gaps, oversees onboarding and intake, supports pricing strategy, and builds user-friendly processes that strengthen both client experience and firm performance.

In his leisure, Charli enjoys watching basketball, reading screenplays, and being in a fight club―but don't ask him about it.

Charli is licensed in Maryland and New York and is fluent in Twi, Fante, and Nzima.
