Becky is an attorney at Mill Law Center, where she advises nonprofit organizations on formation, governance, tax exemption, fiscal sponsorship, charitable solicitation, and other legal and regulatory matters.

Before joining Mill Law Center, Becky spent more than a decade practicing nonprofit and public-sector law, including serving in a senior leadership role in Baltimore City government. She has advised nonprofit organizations and public agencies on complex regulatory and governance matters, with a particular interest in how local government can support community development and thriving neighborhoods.

Becky began her nonprofit law practice at Community Law Center in Baltimore, Maryland, and later served nonprofit clients as an attorney with Cheshire Law Group in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is licensed to practice law in California, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.
